Je me dis moins cool. Entre temps, j’ai le malheur de voir l’adaptation de la Guerre des Mondes de Spielberg : un désastre scénaristique a priori improbable compte tenu du point de départ que Wells avait écrit, me laisse donc songeur à l’époque. Et alors même que je me reprends à espèrer un salut possible pour Hollywood, A Scanner Darkly est a nouveau repoussé. Ce sera donc cet été… Well here the trick though : six months later, it is officially announced that the release date has been pushed back to march 2006. I thought not that cool. Meanwhile, I had the very bad idea to see the adaptation of the War of the Worlds (in French) by Spielberg : a scenaristic fiasco, which left the movie with not even a fraction of the soul the original Wells’ book had, makes me wonder at that time. Anyway, as I only start to begin to hope again that Hollywood can pull some some nice SciFi out, A Scanner Darkly release is yet again postponed.
